Horse

This is an illustration for the Italian fable Del chavallo grasso e del magro (The fat horse and the thin one). A fat and healthy horse was in a field with a thin and sickly horse. The healthy horse abused the sick one, but when the fat horse got sick, the formerly sick horse (now recovered) showed it how to regain its health.
