Description
The Second Family bestiary is on folios 1r-39r, with the title Nature animalium et moralitates naturarum eorum. It is fully illustrated with 79 framed paintings. The illustrations are brightly colored but of somewhat crude execution; many are damaged.
The bestiary is followed by a section on trees, plus other texts, including what appears to be an alphabetical dictionary or glossary, which contains several animal names among other words.
