Description
A miscellaneous collection of unrelated sections, of various dates and places.
Includes the B version of the Physiologus of the late eleventh century on folio 49r-56v. Not illustrated. Begins: Incipit libellus Ysidori physiologi de natura bestiarum. De natura leonis regis bestiarum. Etenim Iacob benedicens filium suum; ends:. dixit enim Deus quia regnum meum non est de isto seculo sed a sempiterno patre. Though the incipit implies that the author is Isidore of Seville, the Physiologus was written centuries before Isidore's time.
