Physiologus (folio 129v - 158r, prose, "Physiologus rhythmicus"); Genesis (folio 1r - 129v, Middle High German poem, "Versio germanica metrica libri Exodi"); Exodus (folio 159r - 183r, Middle High German poem,"Versio germanica metrica libri Geneseos"). The manuscript is not illustrated; spaces have been left for illustrations, but none have been completed. There are colored initials (gold, red or green). The Physiologus is thought to be of the Dicta Chrysostomi type. This manuscript is the oldest of three related manuscripts.
